Descriptions of engagements, rates, and timelines are informational. Scope, fees, and deliverables for any KPI dashboard review, clinic, or assessment are confirmed only in a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
Site copy, visual design, and downloadable materials we provide remain the property of Core Pulse Point unless a signed agreement states otherwise. You may not copy substantial portions of this site for commercial reuse without permission. Client dashboards and data shared during engagements remain the client’s property.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, submit malicious content through forms, or use our contact channels to spam unrelated offers.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Core Pulse Point is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on general articles. Advisory opinions delivered under a signed engagement are subject to the liability terms in that agreement, which control over these website terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this site, subject to any different venue clause in a signed engagement agreement.
